Do I need a reservation?
Yes, we reservations require a 50% deposit to gold your reservation, deposits are non refundable. 50% of payment is due on day within three hours of your reserved time frame. Payment is made by bank deposit, Zelle or cash.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, we will require event insurance. We can help you to set this up easily.
Do you supply a driver?
Yes, we will provide a licensed driver to ensure safety of all passengers on board. We do rent the vehicle without one of our drivers.
Can we decorate the buggie?
Yes, of course. Let’s discuss your ideas and vision. Cyan can be used for commercial events, private parties, as a mobile bar, food truck, pop up shipping vehicle, wedding or party makeup room, dressing room, photo shoot, photo booth, parade float, marketing tool, mobile DJ booth and so many other cool concepts.
THE USE OF CONFETTI OR GLITTER IS NOT ALLOWED. A $150 CLEAN UP FEE WILL BE CHARGED for usage of glitter, confetti or I the vehicle is excessively dirty.
Can I order bring food or drinks?
Certainly! Alcoholic beverages are allowed given that all of your guests are of legal drinking age.
The buggie is strictly BYOB or (Bring Your Own Beverage). We do not sell any beverages of any kind on the bus. You’ll need to bring the beverages you plan to consume before your tour departs.
How many people fit on the buggie?
16 people maximum.
How does the music work?
We can bring our speakers upon request. You can play your own music through Bluetooth connections.
Do you offer long term rentals?
Anything is possible, let’s talk about it!
Can I wrap the vehicle?
Yes, one of our designers can go over your custom concept and install.
